cotton yarn waste CMI to launch three new collections

Pawtucket, R.I. – Braided texture rug and home accessoriesmanufacturer
cmi (Colonial Mills Inc.)
has created three new contoured rectangle rug collections fordebut at the Las Vegas World Market later this month.
The three collections are Ridgevale, Valencia and Shear Natural.
The company said its new graduated design for the contouredrectangle pattern in the collections “gives a contemporaryspin on the traditional braid.”
Ridgevale is a 100% wool collection that features a space-dyedmulti style in six colorways. It’s made in a flat-braidconstruction and is reversible.
The Valencia collection featured the designs of Lynette Jensen andher popular Thimbleberries fabric and quilt patterns. Thisflat-braid group comes in six colorways and is made of 65%polyester and 35% cotton.
Shear Natural is another flat-braid collection but is made of 100%eco-natural, un-dyed wool with a 3/37 yarn size into a 3-ply yarn.
All three braided-texture rug collections coordinate with a host ofaccessories, including accent rugs, chair pads, placemats, trivets,table runners, rug slices, heart rugs, stair treads, utilitybaskets and waste baskets.
